Abstract
On December 17, 2018, Jizhong H. took a flight from the Federal Republic of Nigeria to Qatar and then took a QXXX4 (Doha-Guangzhou) flight to enter the terminal building of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. When passing the customs, he walked through the no-declaration channel and did not declare anything to the customs. After inspection by customs staff, two bags of suspected pangolin scales were found in the suitcase carried by him. Jizhong H. confessed to having smuggled endangered wildlife products.
