From April to July 2018, Jianxin M. illegally purchased wild heron birds at a price ranging from 27 yuan to 50 yuan from Sun (sentenced) and others, and the birds were used in restaurants to process into dishes for customers. Jianxin M. paid 4,200 yuan for the purchase of wild birds (dead bodies) to Sun through cash. Jianxin M. surrendered himself to Forest Branch of Pucheng County Public Security Bureau on July 31, 2018, and truthfully confessed the facts of above crime. The bureau seized 5,460 yuan of illicit money that Jianxin M. withdrew. Jianxin M. confessed to having covered up or concealed crime-related income.
