In August 2012, the defendants Zhao S. and Shun S. operated the "Jinxingyuan Seafood" restaurant on Jianshe West Road in Xinyang City. The defendant Jibao Z. was the chef of the seafood restaurant. At 16:00 on November 12, 2012, at the entrance of the hotel, the restaurant used a musket to kill a crocodile purchased by Zhao S.

When he returned home, he killed and cooked the python. Shaoliang D. confessed to have illegally hunted and killed endangered wildlife.
In February 2013, Hesen L. purchased a broken ivory sculpture for 800 Euros (tax included) during his trip to France, and the seller sent it to Hong Kong by TNT courier. Hesen L. stored the ivory sculpture in the automatic coin deposit box in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. In the early morning of April 5, Hesen L.
