Xueshu C. purchased 2 black kites, 1 brown fish-owl, 5 small Indian civets (one of which was pregnant), 6 ocelots, and 4 masked palm civets in the urban area and surrounding areas of Duyun. At 17 o'clock on October 17, 2018, Xueshu C.
In October 2014, Yang contacted Feng to purchase ivory from "Pingge", and negotiated the transaction by cash on delivery. The batch of ivory was then handed over to Hong Kong by SF Express for delivery to Tianjin.
From June 2014 to April 22, 2015, Yang Y. successively hired Jipeng Z. to process and make ivory jewellery in a bungalow. Starting from March 2019, four people began to buy shares of rhino horn products and stored them in a room in Shiguang Apartment, Linan Town, Xianyou County. Among them, Yinli X.
From 2018 to the time of the incident, Yinli X., Shipeng Y., Penglong L. and Daqian Y. purchased and sold rhino horn products through WeChat. Starting from March 2019, four people began to buy shares of rhino horn products and stored them in a room in Shiguang Apartment, Linan Town, Xianyou County. Among them, Yinli X.
On November 30 and December 31, 2017, Junfeng Z. sold ivory products to Wu at the prices of RMB 2720, 360, and 740 through contact and mailing. After identification, the above products originated from African elephant ivory. On December 15, 2017, Zheng sold four lucky buckles to Wu at a price of RMB 1,660 through WeChat contact and mailing.
Shangping Y., Kailing C., Shancheng Y., and Hengjun W. sold their illegally hunted wild animals to Dayu Supermarket operated by Kailiang C. and Sujing X., and they made a profit of RMB 35,000, RMB 3,500, RMB 3,000, and RMB 4,000 respectively. On November 30, 2016, the Lianyungang Public Security Bureau seized a mandarin duck at the Kailiang C.
From June 3 to June 5, 2018, Manai M. and Yinusi W went from Xiahe County, Gansu Province to Qinghai to purchase ivory products. At 19:00 on June 5, 2018, they drove a white Volkswagen Langxing car to Xining with the suspected ivory products they purchased.
On January 18, 2016, Mo traded through the Internet, using WeChat transfer payment and express delivery, and purchased an ivory necklace from WeChat name "Zhenwogaishi" (the real name was Shang) at a price of 1300 yuan. The purchase purpose was for personal play.
From March 5th to April 14th, 2016, Qiang Z. purchased rare and endangered wild animal' manufactured products such as ivory from Liu and sold them to others for a total transaction amount of RMB 73,751. From March 12 to March 19, 2016, Qiang Z.
