It was alleged that the accused person on 10 March 2015 Chanumba Village within Chamwino District was found in possession of wildebeest tail and lizard skin. The accused was found guilty.

It was alleged that the accused persons on 15/2/2009 at Leken area, Selela village, Monduli District in Arusha region were found in unlawful possession of fresh wildebeest meat. The accused denied the charges. The accused persons were found guilty and were therefore convicted.

Hui X. was responsible for purchasing and processing wild animal products from the Internet and selling them, and Hong Z. was responsible for receiving the goods.

Since 2011, Fenxiang W. had been operating No.115 "Gulinxuan" and No. 105 "Wangudian" in Nangong Antique City in Yingze District, Taiyuan City. From May 2013 to June 2014, Fenxiang W.

On April 27, 2015, police officers seized ivory products (total value of RMB 21,667) and 1 piece of rhino horn products (valued at RMB 9,500) in the store jointly operated by the defendants Bingjie L. and Qi F.). From 2007 to 2008, Bingjie L.purchased a hawksbill turtle and a turtle from the market in the Huimin District and kept them at home.

At 18:00 on January 4, 2017, the defendant Li called Yan and Xu respectively, saying that he had a small caliber rifle, and proposed to hunt in the mountain that night. Yan and Xu agreed. At about 19 o'clock, Li carried the small-caliber rifle, 6 bullets and a lamp, and Xu drove Yan's car, went to a forest farm for hunting.

The defendants Chen Wei, Gao Wangpeng, Yi Zhuangjie, Sun Pan, Yang Houlong, Diao Yidou, Li Chaoguang, Ren Chongyang, Song Aizhong, Liu Huiting, Guo Qi'an, Zeng Chao, Wang You, and Li Feng are foreign Ripple crew members.

Wang Shizhai purchased a large number of wild animals from the market without going through the "Wild Animal Management License". In 2015, Wang Shizhai purchased 10 wild animals from strange vegetable farmers four times at the price of RMB13 each in Hainan ’s Qionghai market.

On the material date, at 22.00 hrs at Tingirima village within Bunda District in Mara Region, the accused was found in the possession of skins of dik-dik, two pieces of dried meat of the wildebeest and a piece of elephant tusk, after an emergence search in his house, a house owned by his mother and elder brother while he was sleeping.

The appellants in the court below were found to be in possession of game animal, alternatively government trophy, namely wildebeest skin, without being licenced or authorised to possess same.
