It was alleged that the accused persons on 15/2/2009 at Leken area, Selela village, Monduli District in Arusha region were found in unlawful possession of fresh wildebeest meat. The accused denied the charges. The accused persons were found guilty and were therefore convicted.
On July 7, 2014, the defendant Dong B. shot a sambar in the forest downstream of the Lancang River beside the base of Jinghong City. The next morning, the defendants Qiang L., Dong B., Hongping Z. and Zhaluo L. went to the place where the sambar was hunted to peel and divide the meat and then returned by boat.
On the material date, at 22.00 hrs at Tingirima village within Bunda District in Mara Region, the accused was found in the possession of skins of dik-dik, two pieces of dried meat of the wildebeest and a piece of elephant tusk, after an emergence search in his house, a house owned by his mother and elder brother while he was sleeping.
The appellants in the court below were found to be in possession of game animal, alternatively government trophy, namely wildebeest skin, without being licenced or authorised to possess same.
On August 25, 2014, Shagan, Dangcha, Juji, Kun Y. and Yunbo Y. met in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve "Bison Village" for hunting. On the morning of the 26th, the five defendants hunted separately and returned to their place to meet at noon.

Wen Y. then contacted Xiaozheng L., he told Wen Y. to go to his house to pick up the macaque raised by him, and they agreed on a price of 2,000 yuan.
On July 6, 2017, the defendant Zerenluobu purchased more than 800 kilograms of dried antlers near Yaqing Temple in Baiyu County and prepared to ship them to Yushu in Qinghai Province for profit.
