On 16th April, 2015 the accused person was arraigned of unlawful possession of government trophy. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was convicted.

In 1995 a wildlife officer received information that the appellants have been engaged in illegally trafficking in white-tailed deer, deer and elk antlers, and moose. As a result of the resulting investigation the appellants were charged with a variety of offences contrary to The Wildlife Act, S.S.

This case is an appeal of convictions and sentences on several charges of trafficking in, and possession of, white tailed deer, elk meat, white-tailed deer antlers, elk antlers, and hunting white-tailed deer without a licence, all contrary to the Wildlife Act.
Judgement:

On 12.05.2001 at Mirerani village within Simanjiro District in Manyara Region the accused person was found in unlawful possession of government trophy to wit, antelope meat property of the government of Tanzania. The accused person was found not guilty and was therefore acquitted.

This is a case of appeal. The respondent was accused on three charges listed above. The question was, whether the permits the respondent (at that time: the accused) carried were technically valid for the actions he committed.

On April 2, 2001, based on the criminal facts and circumstances of the defendant and the degree of harm to the society, The Intermediate People’s Court of Yilihasake Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region rendered the following judgment: Defendant: Kudulaiti Aikebaierweiqi Duerdiyoufu Verdict: Guilty Charge/Claim: Smugglin

The applicant sought an order declaring the respondent’s motor vehicle forfeit to the state following his arrest for illegal poaching.
