On the 23 September 2013, the accused ZETOUBA Ange was arrested flagrante delicto at UFA N°10015 by ecoguards of the Boumba Bek National park. During interrogations and prosecution, the the accused pleaded not guilty and rebutted the facts. That the ecogardes arrested him while he was sleeping in his hut.

The accused was arrested and charged for illegal entry into a wildlife conservation area and killing female Uganda Kob. The two accused were arrested and charged of illegal entry into a wildlife conservation area contrary to section 30 and 70 (a) UWA 2019, Unlawful Possession of devices capable of causing injury to wildlife species contrary to sections 77, 74 (a) and Utilisation of wildlife without a wildlife use right contrary to section 36 (1) and 70 (a) UWA
