The accused persons on 10 March 2015 at Handali Village in Cahmwino District in Dodoma Region, the accused was found in possession of fox skin. The accused was found guilty.

The accused KONGLO ETOA Daniel was arrested in the central town of Djoum driving a TOYOTA pick-up vehicle with matriculation No: CE 4176 E by agents of the conservation service in Djoum accompanied by elements of the national gendarmerie brigade of the locality. On board this vehicle was ABOLO NGONG Joseph Tristan.
