On June 13, 2014, the appellant Yan F. used the convenience of his work to help others evade customs supervision and smuggle black pool turtles into China.
At 19 o'clock on July 8, 2015, Li (handled separately), according to the Wen Z.'s instructions, carried two suitcases and took flight CZ392 (Dhaka-Guangzhou, Bangladesh) to the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport port. He chose the non-declaration channel to enter the country and did not declare anything to the customs.
