Xuejun Z., Mugen W., Xuejun Z., Xinhua H., Genmu X.,illegally hunted, purchased and sold endangered wildlife yellow-margined box turtle, which was under Appendix II of CITES. Genmu X., Cheng L., Xichan D., Jianjun F., Xinhua H., Qiufa W.,Yunxin D., Xuejun Z., illegally hunted wild birds with tools prohibited by law during closed season.
At the end of 2016, the defendants Juncheng W. and Ping Z. conspired that Ping Z. prepaid RMB 400,000, and Juncheng W. purchased yellow-margined box turtles and mauremys mutica from Taiwan, smuggled them in and to sold to Ping Z.. In April 2017, Juncheng W.
