On December 22, 2017, the defendant Lianshe T. found that the wheat seedlings had signs of being eaten by animals in the wheat field. On December 23, 2017, Lianshe T. mixed phosphorus pesticides and four to five kilograms of corn in plastic bags in his home. At about 3 pm on December 24, Lianshe T.
The defendant, Genyuan L., grabbed a white swan on the ice on the Aksu River in the southeast of the residence in late February 2019. He returned to the residence and used a kitchen knife to slaughter and remove the internal organs, preparing for consumption. He stored swan feathers at home for sale.
