At 8 o'clock on December 30, 2014, Qigang M., Tingchun S., Kechang J., Bangqing C. agreed to bring an "HD50" air gun to Xiangshui Town, Wanzhou District to hunt wild animals. Qigang M. was responsible for shooting wild animals, Tingchun S. was driving the car, and Kechang J., Bangqing C. were picking up shooted wild animals.
On March 3, 2017, in order to hunt wild animals for consumption, Jun R. invited Xiaolin L., Xiaorong L. and Jianhong H. to go hunting in Changba Village, Shizhi Town, Fengdu County. Jun R. carried an air gun to hunt and pick up prey, Jianhong H. drove, Xiaorong L. was responsible for picking up the prey, and Xiaolin L. cheered the air gun.
On December 13, 2017, Shengjiang L. and Yongfang L. met and agreed to hunt for thrushes in the jurisdiction of Zunyi City. Subsequently, Yongfang L. drove a van to Shengjiang L.'s home. and Shengjiang L. placed the bird catching tool and an owl prepared in the car.
