The appellant pleaded guilty to dealing with goods with intent to evade the prohibition or restriction on their exportation, contrary to the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979.The appellant was involved in carrying eggs of peregrine falcons with intent to evade the prohibition on their exportation.
Ke C.'s father left a gun after his death. Later, Ke C. purchased a sight to modify the gun and purchased 300 bullets for hunting. From mid-December 2016 to January 5, 2017, Ke C. drove with gun into the Dahuangshan Nature Reserve several times, hunted three rock sheep, and slaughtered them with the knife he carried.
From October 2010 to December 2011, the defendant Gensheng W. illegally hunted and killed nine wild animals by using wire ropes and other tools in the area of Huoshaoliang (place name) in Yenigou, Quwa Township, Zhouqu County. It was also found that between October 2010 and December 2011, Gensheng W. hunted down three blue sheep.
