Since 2011, Fenxiang W. had been operating No.115 "Gulinxuan" and No. 105 "Wangudian" in Nangong Antique City in Yingze District, Taiyuan City. From May 2013 to June 2014, Fenxiang W.
Since the end of 2013, the defendant Fangzhao S. purchased endangered wildlife products such as ivory and helmeted hornbill heads in the Panjiayuan (antique) market in Beijing, and brought them back to the store“Juxin Ge” in Xinmin West Road, Shifosi Town, Zhenping for sale.
The defendants Hongying Z. and Siping Q. purchased ivory and bird products by express delivery from Guangzhou without legal procedures, and sold them in their store at No. 73, Xianwen Lane, Guangyi Street, Gucheng District, Lijiang City.
One 13th, July 2015 the defendant Yin X was found by the policeman illegally selling precious and endangered wildlife products in her shop without approval from the wildlife authority.
