In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.
Konda Gaston, Dali Rodrigue, Massehou Joseph and Deba Chancel are all residents of Mokouangonda village. On the 23 September 2009, elements of the conservation service of Dja arrested the accused flagrante delicto in illegal possession of 04 Colubus Guereza, 01 Bay duiker, 01 tortoise, 04 grey-cheeked Mangabey, 01 Moustached guenon, 01 Brushtailed pangolin, 02 Blue Duiker and blue duiker meat.
On November 04, 2015 Bissaluban Rodrigue with his friend Souleymane Daouda entered Lobeke national park for a hunting expedition with a hunting gun type BAIKAC during which the killed many duikers and one Colobus guereza.
On 18 October 2015, during a routine operation, Mokabi Dzanga's surveillance and anti-poaching unit arrested Bamouke Bamokea Antoine in the middle of the forest, in possession of metal cables and a colobus body, which he tried to dismember.
