In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.
At 11 pm on September 27, 2015, the defendant Birong B. was at the pond of the sixth group of Wangtan Village, Zhengchang Town, Xiantao City, setting up a bird catching net bag and played music to lure wild birds. He was arrested on the spot by the police of Zhengchang Police Station of Xiantao Public Security Bureau.
