In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.
From 2015 to November 29, 2018, the defendant Hongye M. used the wire bushing and power grid in the Yehu Gully in Wuping Village, Dawan Township, Jingyuan County, for hunting without going through the relevant hunting procedures at the forestry administrative department.
At 18:00 on January 4, 2017, the defendant Li called Yan and Xu respectively, saying that he had a small caliber rifle, and proposed to hunt in the mountain that night. Yan and Xu agreed. At about 19 o'clock, Li carried the small-caliber rifle, 6 bullets and a lamp, and Xu drove Yan's car, went to a forest farm for hunting.
