The defendant has pleaded guilty to a charge that he did unlawfully traffic in dead wildlife or a part thereof contrary to the Wildlife Act. A conservation officer was introduced to a person who would sell the officer bald eagle parts.

In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.

At 17 o'clock on January 7, 2016, Huiming Y. and his friend Limou drove a blue car to Dutou, Dahu Town, Haifeng County. Huiming Y.

From 2016 to 2017, Zhan Shijin purchased two blank terrestrial wild animals or their products out of province transportation certificates at a price of more than 500 yuan. In July and August 2018, Shijin Z.

From April to July 2018, Danyan J., Guohua W. and Jinxia S. drove several times to Shaowu and Wuyi Mountain to hunt birds. Among them, Danyan J. and Guohua W. were responsible for shooting birds, and Jinxia S. was responsible for driving and selling birds at a price ranging from 15 yuan to 50 yuan to many restaurants and individuals.
