In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.

From January 15 to 17, 2015, the defendant Wu Dinghui used the method of pulling nets in the woods before playing music to attract birds, and illegally hunted 8 scops owls in Nanshan Village, Yuqian Town, Lin'an City.
