The defendant has pleaded guilty to a charge that he did unlawfully traffic in dead wildlife or a part thereof contrary to the Wildlife Act. A conservation officer was introduced to a person who would sell the officer bald eagle parts.

In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.

In early August 2000, the defendants Zheng Abing, Li Guanjun and Yu Wenzhong (these two defendants have been prosecuted and sentenced in another cases), without the approval of the relevant wildlife administration authorities, knew that tiger frogs were the key wildlife protected by the state, and still illegally hunted wild animals "Terrac
