In mid-December 2016, the defendant Xinping N. found a nest of eagles at the "Zhongkeng" at the border of Shiyatan Village, Shishi Town, Yifeng County and Shanggao County, and purchased the bird catching tool and set it up in "Zhongkeng" for hunting. From December 21 to 22, 2016, Xinping N.
