At 11:00 on January 15, 2019, the defendants Zhongmin W., Yinbu Z., Yonghua G and Changsheng F. met together, each carrying a slingshot and other tools to hunt birds in the Nanbai forest in Jinggou Village, Zhen County, Lingbao City. They conducted hunting separately and handed over the pheasants to Changsheng F. Among them, Zhongmin W.
At the beginning of April 2015, the defendant Zaigang W. purchased a total of five golden pheasants from Mucheng L three times and one golden pheasant from Xiao. On the same month, on the 12th, he purchased one golden pheasant from He and Zhang, respectively. On the 19th, he purchased a golden pheasant from He and Zhang Moujia, respectively.
