That on 21st May, 2012 at Msima forest within Mpanda District in Katavi Region the accused person was found with government trophies. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was convicted.
Sometimes on 22nd February, 2011 at Manga village within Mpanda District in Rukwa region the accused person was arrested and found in unlawful possession of ten kilos of Elephant meat valued Tshs. 4,080,000/= property of the government of Tanzania. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was convicted.
On 29th June, 2012 at Katisunga village within Mpanda District in Katavi Region the accused person were arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused persons were acquitted.
On 13th April, 2011 at Mnyamasi area within Mpanda District, the accused persons were arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. A charge of unlawful possession was brought against the accused person before the court. The accused persons were acquitted.
