On 4th August, 2007 at Isinde area within Tongwe Forest Area in Mpanda District in Rukwa Region the accused person was found in unlawful possession of government trophy. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was acquitted.

They were also found with unlawful possession of the gun. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused persons were convicted.
On 12th February, 2011 at Migazini Nsemlwa area within Mpanda District in Katavi Region the accused person was found in unlawful possession of government trophies. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was convicted.
