NLEME Jean was arrested in the Campo Ma'an National Park by elements of the conservation service of the said park in a cabin fitted out for hunting purposes. He was found in possession of a bay duiker and a monkey.
On the 19 July 2014 at 3 p.m, during a routine patrol check by eco-guards of the Campo Ma'an national park, the accused NSI VIVIANE CAROLE was arrested while circulating in the said park .
The accused persons all acting in concertation, entered the Campo Ma’an national park in Oveng for a hunting party. There, they were arrested by forestry and wildlife agents in possession of carcasses of protected animal species, including two black Bay duikers, a blue Bay duiker, a porcupine and a mustac.
KPWATONO Michel entered Campo Ma'an national park without authorization with the intention to carry out hunting activities with a with gun. He was then arrested in the locality of Nemeyong (Akom II) by elements of the conservation service of Campo Ma'an national park, without a license or permit to carry out this activity.
MEDJO Justin was arrested circulating in the Campo Ma'an National Park without authorization. He was found in possession of seven rats and one bay duiker meat.

MEDOU Paul Alex was arrested in Campo Ma'an National Park in possession of a bay duiker and a porcupine that he killed in the park during a hunting party.
The two accused persons ANGO ANGO Jean Claude and ENDELE NNANGA Leonce Fernand were summoned before the court of First Instance, Djoum on separate proceedings to answer for charges against them respectively.
The accused AWOUNDI Jean Claude was found guilty of poaching by the Court of First Instance, Djoum, as per a judgement in default. He was sentenced to six (06) months imprisonment and to pay costs. He rightly contested the judgement which was admitted by the Court.
The accused AWOUNDI Jean was summoned by the State Attorney to respond to charges of killing protected animal species. That on the 16 June 1998, the accused killed protected animal species in the locality of Mintom, in a zone prohibited from hunting.
