Following a preliminary investigation by the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance, Djoum the accused Medjo M'ezo'o nee Mbozo Ossah was summoned to respond to charges of poaching protected animal species.

Following a preliminary investigation by the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance, Djoum the accused Mme NDOUDOUMOU nee NDO ZIBI was summoned to respond to charges of poaching of protected animal species on September 25, 1992 in Djoum.

The accused, Togolo nee MBELE NGAH Salome was summoned by the State Attorney to appear before the court to respond to charges of poaching.

The accused MENGONO Jean Pierre was summoned to appear before the Court of First Instance Djoum to respond to charges of illegal killing of protected animals species. That in March 1989, the accused was arrested in the locality of Elleng, for killing protected animal species without authorization in an area prohibited from hunting.

The accused MEYONG DJOUMA Albert was found in Mintom by agents of the conservation service in possession of a panther skin without a certificate of origin. During interrogations, the accused strongly refuted this allegation and contended that it was untrue.

Following the order of the examining magistrate on the 27 June 2016 and at the request of the State Attorney, the accused persons MVONDO Jean, KPWOMBO Marcel, AKONO KEA, TASSI Jean Paul, FOUMANE NAOMIE Rose, NLEME YEME NNA Marie, DOUMVE Dina and BEZENGUE Bienvenu were summoned before the court of First Instance, Djoum to answer charges of illega

The accused persons, AKOULOU Achille Noel, NNANGA Jean Richard, MOUSSA HOUSSANI, ELOM MEYONG Marthurin were prosecuted before the Court of First Instance, Djoum for the Illegal detention of trophies of class A totally protected animal species, and complicity.

The acccused persons BELINGA Parfait Periche and NYATTE MINLO Serges Constant were prosecuted before the Court of First Instance, Sangmelima for illegal of killing of 12 elephants, totally protected animal species and complicity. On September 11, 2012 judgement was passed.

The accused BELLO Marie was held in MEKOM (MINTOM) within an area prohibited from hunting. She was summoned before the Court of First Instance, Djoum to respond to charges of complicity in the illegal detention of a hunting gun inside an area prohibited from hunting; and complicity to illegal hunting.

The accused persons were caught flagrante delicto in possession and circulation of the remains of a totally protected class A animal specie, specifically gorilla. As per the accused, BISSO Patrick, he went into the forest to carry out hunting.
