Abstract
AKOUMA Jean Marie was arrested in the Campo Ma'an National Park without authorization and in possession of a hunting gun. He was arrested by elements of the conservation service of Campo Ma'an national park with a chimpanzee that he killed in the park during a hunting party. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
