On the 21st day of February 2021 UWA rangers attached to Rwenzori mountain protected area while on patrol found and arrested the accused who illegally entered the park and killed a protected animal suspected to be a local horack.

The accused was arrested and charged for unlawful possession of wildlife species. He pleaded guilty and was convicted on his own plea of guilty to UGX 1.200,000/= in default serve 14 months imprisonment

The convict, Ndanabo Innocent was arrested and charged for unlawful possession of Wildlife protected species contrary to section 75 (b) UWA, Cap 200. He pleaded guilty and was convicted on his own plea of guilty.

On the 26th day of April 2020 in Queen Elizabeth National Park, the accused was found in the park without any authority, carrying a panga cutting down a tree. He was arrested and charged.

Accused persons illegally entered a wildlife protected area of Queen Elizabeth National park, from where thy were arrested with 4 pangers, 3 spikes and 200 hooks and charged. They pleaded guilty and were convicted on their own plea of guilty.

Accused was charged of illegal entry into a wildlife protected area on 28/07/2020 at Kyenzaza in Queen Elizabeth National park Rubirizi. Accused pleaded guilty and was convicted on his own plea of guilty.
