Abstract
On 9 July 2015, elements of the conservation service organized a sweep operation in the Forestry Management Unit N°10007 in the forest of Bekasi. During this operation, the accused MBOUTOU Pierre was arrested with two (02) hunting guns and ammunitions in the said zone. During interrogation, he confessed committing the offences as charged and pleaded guilty. After drafting, his offence report he was forwarded together with the seized items as exhibits before the State attorney of the Court of First Instance Yokadouma for prosecution.
