Abstract

MENTAYE Felicien a Central African was arrested by elements of the conservation service in the vicinity of the Lobeke National Park. He was found without a visa or passport and killed totally protected animals without any authorization. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offences as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
