Abstract

Elements of the conservation service of the Lobeke National Park organized a sweep operation. During this operation, several poachers were arrested; including NJOUMENI AMIDOU who was in possession of a bag containing carcasses of protected animal species of classes B & C. Upon his arrest, he denied the facts, claiming that the bush meat did not belong to him. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
