Abstract
In September 2016, Yogo Oscar after been contacted by one known as Eddy, a Chinese interpreter looking for ivory tusks, decided to contact on his turn Bonzenga Jules for a possible delivery of the ivory. Bonzenga then organized the transport of ivory to the seaport Hydro-Congo and both convey the ivory in a secure place. After having taken an appointment with a potential buyer they got in contact with Bolangala Jordan, a taxi driver. At the place indicated for the transaction, the three were caught red handed by the Gendarmerie who was already on the lookout.

Bonzenga Jules and Yogo Oscar were sentenced to three years imprisonment and XAF 1,000,000 as fines each and XAF 2,000,000 as damages jointly. Both accused were condemned to pay court fees. The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed at its maximum.
