Abstract
In April 2016, Mboka Fulgence on instructions of his mother gave a hunting rifle to Medoung Faustin, Ngbema Antoine and others for a small hunting expedition. Once in the forest, Medoung Faustin collected one war weapon hidden in the forest camp. He saw two elephants and killed one while the second one charged and killed him. It’s in these conditions that they were arrested and brought to the state prosecutor and then sent to court for trial.
