Abstract
During the year 2016, Ndello Jean Louis was in possession of one war weapon and ammunition that he transited to Liouesso from Mbandaka in DRC. It’s in these conditions that he will sell them to Endamba Chanis Gémaêl. It’s when Endamba Chanis Gémaêl was giving the materials to his relatives for big hunting that the population denounced them and they were arrested by rangers and brought before the state prosecutor.
