Abstract

During the year 2013, Ndoukoua Prospère went to meet Etonga Cassel known as Papy in his radio box to pass on a communication. While there and during a conversation on elephant hunting both decided to go to the forest with two others Mobemba Jérémie and Benao Jérémie for hunting. One evening, Ndoukoua Prospère and Etonga Cassel informed the two others of the hunting material in their possession including war weapons and ammunition. After a fruitful hunting expedition during they killed a duiker Ndoukoua decided to go to Pokola. Few days later, Etonga also decided to go out of the forest camp to look after Ndoukoua. That’s how Etonga was arrested and his arrest permitted to dismantle the entire network.
