Abstract

On June 20, 2012 rangers organized a patrol at the Mielekouka village area – Sangha district. They caught Ndjiba Honoré red handed in possession of one PMK war weapon and 38 (thirty) ammunition in a hunting camp. During his interrogation, Ndjiba Honoré declared that the weapon belonged to one known as Zab Carole who gave it to one named Joël who is on the run. Ndjiba Honoré was brought before the state prosecutor and charged of illegal possession of one war weapon and ammunition and attempt of hunting with a war weapon and ammunition.
