In November 2013, Nkeudom Dieudonné received in his camp located in the Cameroon territory Mempino Oscar, Ndaboth Armand and Medoung Chanel for elephant hunting. Nkeudom Dieudonné was in possession of a war weapon type PMK while the others were having ammunition. All went to the forest for a hunting expedition during which Ndaboth Armand was killed by an elephant. Mempino Oscar and Ndaboth Armand decided to report the facts to the chief of village of Djompouo located at 10 kms from Souanke. Few days later, rangers arrested Nkeudom Dieudonné and brought him to Souanke police station. Nkeudom Dieudonné and Medoung Chanel were interrogated, brought before the state prosecutor, and charged of complicity of hunting with a war weapon.
