Abstract

In January 2018, Nkapala Armel stayed in Brazzaville and during his visit, he purchased one PMAK war weapon serial No 0563929836 and 135 ammunition. He then travelled in a bus from Brazzaville to Souanke. In February and March, he organized two big hunting expedition that was unfruitful. He was scared by the presence of agents of the wildlife administration in Souanke and has planning to give the weapon and ammunition to the chief of village.
