Abstract

The accused persons BILANG Simon and EVONG Rene were arrested flagrante delicto in the Cynegetic Hunting Zone (Zic N°38 UFA10004) by ecoguards of the Boumba Bek national park. They were arrested in an area prohibited from hunting in possession of a caliber 12 gun, seventeen (17) ammunitions and three (03) cable rolls. During interrogation, the accused persons acknowledged the facts and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, they were transmitted before the State Attorney together with the seized items for prosecution.
