Abstract

In March 2018, the accused EKOANTAH Maurice was arrested in Mindourou flagrante delicto by a team of wildlife and illegal activities of the company R Pallisco on a control mission to UEFA 10047 B, an area within their sphere of operation. He was illegally exploiting non-forest timber products. The accused was found in possession of a 12-caliber weapon with which he used to threaten the R Pallisco company wildlife officers regardless of the fact that this site is prohibited from illegal exploitation of non-timber forest products. During interrogations, he pleaded not guilty and refused committing the offences as reproached. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
