The Accused was found in possession of wildlife protected species and government stores contrary to the laws of the country. The Accused was charged and prosecuted at the Chief Magistrate Court of Bushenyi at Rubirizi.

The convict, Ndanabo Innocent was arrested and charged for unlawful possession of Wildlife protected species contrary to section 75 (b) UWA, Cap 200. He pleaded guilty and was convicted on his own plea of guilty.
