The accused persons on 29th day of September 2006 at Namalulu within Engakiriti, Longido District were found by Anti-Poaching Unit in unlawfully possession of one zebra meat without valid permit from the Director of Wildlife. The Unit on the material day received a tip that the accused were illegally hunting.

On 06.10.2010, the accused was found in unlawful possession of one carcass head of hippopotamus within the Malale river inside Manyara National Park within Monduli District, Arusha region. The accused was found guilty and was therefore convicted.

On or about the 14th day of April, 2006 at Ogutu area within Simanjiro District Manyara Region, the accused persons were found in unlawful possession of zebra property of the Tanzania Government. The accused was found guilty and was therefore convicted.

The accused was alleged to have been found in the Tarangire National Park in unlawful possession of two reedbuck meat the property of Tanzania Government. He was found guilty and was therefore convicted.

The accused on 30th day of November 2013 at Owiro village within Arumeru District and Region of Arusha were found in unlawful possession of three dik-dik carcasses. The accused persons were found not guilty and were therefore acquitted.

It was alleged that the accused person on 10 March 2015 Chanumba Village within Chamwino District was found in possession of wildebeest tail and lizard skin. The accused was found guilty.

The accused person on 20 March 2015 at Chanumba Village in Chamwino District in Dodoma Region, was found in possession of crocodile skin, pangolin skin, lion nail and two dik-dik teeth. The accused was found guilty.

It was alleged that the accused person on 6 December 2013 at Ipululu Area near Muhesi Game Reserve within Mnayoni District in Singida Region, did enter a game reserve with a muzzle loader without permit. The accused was found not guilty.

The accused persons on 10 March 2015 at Handali Village in Cahmwino District in Dodoma Region, the accused was found in possession of fox skin. The accused was found guilty.

It is alleged that the accused person on 13 October 2014 in Muhesi Game Reserve , Manyoni District, Singida Region entered the said game reserve without authority with a one unregistered muzzle loader, bullets, gunpowder and an axe. It is also alleged that the accused was found in an unlawful possession of a giraffe tail.
