On 11th May, 2010 at Mlangale village the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of firearm without a license. Also accused person was in unlawful possession of government trophies and ammunition. A charge brought before the court for accused to answer. The accused was convicted.

On 21/03/2010 at 15:00 hours, the park rangers were on patrol at Mti Mmoja area within Serengeti National Park. They saw carnivores birds (Tai) surrounding and roaming around a certain bush, they though a wild animal had died on that area so they made a follow up. When they reached the area they saw people in the bush.

The accused persons on the 7th day of september, 2014 were arrested at Belabela Hill within SENAPA by park rangers who were on patrol at that area. The park rangers saw foot prints of human being leading into the bush; they surrounded the bush and managed to arrest the accused persons.
