It is alleged that the accused person on 13 October 2014 in Muhesi Game Reserve , Manyoni District, Singida Region entered the said game reserve without authority with a one unregistered muzzle loader, bullets, gunpowder and an axe. It is also alleged that the accused was found in an unlawful possession of a giraffe tail.

The accused was arraigned before Mpanda District Court for unlawful possession of government trophy. The accused was found guilty.

It is alleged that the accused persons on 15 January 2013 at Kizogo Game reserve within Manyoni District in Singida Region did enter a game reserve using thirteen motorcycles and two bicycles without permit and did mine and collect sand without permit. The accused persons were found not guilty.

It was alleged that on 31/01/2013 at Manyara Ranch area in Monduli District, Arusha region, the accused persons were found in unlawful possession of government trophy, to wit, zebra meat. The accused persons were acquitted.

It was alleged that the accused persons on 15/2/2009 at Leken area, Selela village, Monduli District in Arusha region were found in unlawful possession of fresh wildebeest meat. The accused denied the charges. The accused persons were found guilty and were therefore convicted.

It was alleged that the accused person was found in possession of government trophy, contrary to the laws of the Republic. The case was withdrawn by the prosecution.

On April 2, 2001, based on the criminal facts and circumstances of the defendant and the degree of harm to the society, The Intermediate People’s Court of Yilihasake Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region rendered the following judgment: Defendant: Kudulaiti Aikebaierweiqi Duerdiyoufu Verdict: Guilty Charge/Claim: Smugglin

From December 2009 to April 2010, the defendants Huang Yawen, Chen Song, Cheng Zhiqiang and Fu Qiang were twice employed by Pangma (handed separately) to help NG SOO HEONG (nicknamed "tall guys") smuggle frozen pangolin and scales into China by a wooden fishing vessel "Pearl Bay, 3815".

In November 2004, the defendant Angweng Barong bought a rhino horn from an Indian businessman for 55000 India Rupees. Afterward, he wrapped the rhino horn in white cloth in the secret compartment of a small wooden cabinet (old Tibetan cabinet) and then he paid a local carpenter to board up the cabinet.

On October 19, 2000, at 10:40 pm, the defendant Zhang Yi (a united Arab emirates passport holder) was contacted by Customs and Border Protection officers in the passenger inspection area of Beijing Capital International Airport. The inspectors asked him to open his bag, but the defendant refused to cooperate initially.
