Bayixi lived in the Quede Village, Dongcuo Township, Gaize County, where there were multiple snow leopard infringements on herders livestock. On May 4, 2018, several sheep near the Bayixi residence were bitten by the snow leopard.
In June 2016, the defendant, Bicheng C., retrieved the four steel wire sets found during the medicine collection on the mountain and placed them in the woods behind the mountain of Caijia Wuchang, Group 4, Heyu Township, Chengkou County, Chongqing City for hunting wild animals. In July of the same year, Bicheng C.
In September and October 2014, Wu1 and Xu 2 prepared two ships for illegal hunting of Hongmou (Corallium spp.) and made fishing gears such as nets and sinkers, and recruited defendants Liang Chaman and Mei, Peng, Yan1, Wu2, Liang. and Yan went to sea to catch Hongmou.
At 14:00 on March 25, 2017, the defendants Chenghui X., Jian D. and Libo J. conspired to use fishing nets to catch fish and shrimp in the Yangtze River for consumption.
The defendants Chengmin S. and Xiandi Z. illegally set up a power grid and placed iron clips to hunt wild animals on the Dalingsi Mountain Field of the Longyuan Village, Meishan Township, and successfully hunted a pheasant the next day. Xiandi Z. took the pheasant to his residence for consumption.
In October 2012, Chunlai W., Yuming L. and others found dead wild ducks in the contracted fish ponds, and they developed the intention to catch wild ducks with medicine. After Yuming L.
In mid-November 2015, while the appellants Danba and Yixi were grazing for the herds, Danba proposed to place iron clips to hunt the blue sheep. Yixi agreed and handed his own iron clip to Danba. Danba installed both iron clips in the "Qudi" area, and demonstrated the use of the iron clip to Yixi.
The defendants Gao Dechun and Lin Youxin used an air gun to kill a Himalayan Goral in Jiabuzu Village, Sawajiao Township at the end of December 2017, and after peeling them, split them and took them home to eat.
On May 20, 2019, the defendants Dehan Z., Caiqi L. and Jiaqi Z. made an appointment to hunt for pheasants at Dahongpojiao Mountain Farm in Rongsheng Village Committee of Abdushi Township. Caiqi L. was responsible for listening to the pheasant's voice and confirming its position, then he commanded Caiqi L. and Jiaqi Z.
From April to May 2018, Dejie R. repeatedly went to the mountains near the Caisu Village, and used self-made hunting tools to catch coucals. During this period, he successively hunted 10 coucals and killed and frozen them. Later he purchased 9 coucals from others.
