On 28 November 2000 a consignment arrived at Heathrow from the Cameroons on a Swissair flight via Zurich. The consignor was Mrs Monie and the consignee and importer the appellant. The consignment contained for the most part frozen cassava leaves and indeed that was how the accompanying documents described it.

This is a judgement on appeal at the Supreme Court.

Among them, he sold the red-tailed anaconda to a person named “Xiaowu” in Huadiwan, Guangzhou at a price of 1,200 yuan, and sold an Asian rock python (Python) to Liu at a price of 3500 yuan.

At the end of December 2017, Jianghui Y. sold 6 antelope horns to Huang at a price of 9090 yuan. On February 4, 2018, Yutao G. and Xingjuan W. sold three suspected bear galls to Jianghui Y. at a price of 1800 yuan each, and later Jianghui Y. sold them to Huang.
