On the 11/02/2019 accused illegally entered a wildlife conservation area within Murchison Falls and killed a Uganda Kob. He was also found in possession of devices capable of killing or causing injury to wildlife species.

The accused was arrested and charged for illegal entry into a wildlife conservation area, and Unlawful Possession of devices capable of causing injury to wildlife species contrary to section 77 and 74 (a) UWA Cap 200.
