That on 17th April, 2008 at Masage village within Mpanda District in Rukwa region the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. Also was found with unlawful possession of firearm. A charge was brought before the court for accused person to answer. The accused was convicted.

Sometime on 18th February, 2015 at Katuma River the accused person was found and arraigned in unlawful possession of government trophies. Then brought before the court to answer the charge. The accused was convicted.

Sometimes on 13th April, 2007 at Kashaulili area within Mpanda District in Rukwa Region, the accused person was found in unlawful possession of 10 kg of hippopotamus meat valued 840,000/=, a horn of greater kudu valued Tshs. 1,600,000/= and one feather of porcupine valued tsh. 150,000/= the property of United Republic of Tanzania.

On 9th October, 2013 at Mnyamasi area at Vikonge village within Mpanda District in Katavi Region, the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophy. He was therefore charged with an economic crime and wildlife conservation. The accused was convicted.

Sometimes on 9th October, 2013 at Mnyamasi village within Mpanda District in Katavi Region the accused persons were arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. Then brought before the court to answer the charge. The first accused was acquitted and the second accused was convicted.

On 19th February, 2015 at Katavi Region, the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of Government trophies. Also found in unlawful possession of local muzzle gun. Then brought before the court to answer the charge. The accused was convicted.

On 10th October, 2013 at Muze village within Mlele District in Katavi region the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. A charge was brought before the court for accused person to answer. The accused was acquitted.

On 25th August, 2013 at about 01:00hrs at Mheza-Maore Village within Same District – Kilimanjaro region, the appellant was arrested for being in unlawful possession of the government trophy which is one “cheeter” skin worth Tshs. 7,942,900, the property of the government of the United Republic of Tanzania and without permit or license.

On 14th January, 2015 the accused person was arrested and found in unlawful possession of government trophy. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused person was convicted.

On 16th April, 2015 the accused person was arraigned of unlawful possession of government trophy. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was convicted.
