On 7/9/2018, accused illegally entered a wildlife conservation area of Murchison Falls National Park with devices capable of killing and injuring wildlife protected species to wit one spear. Accused was also found in possession of bush meat without a license to wit, four pieces of smoked meat of Uganda Kob.
